Terms and conditions of purchase

These terms govern purchases made in the KalmaCat online store. By placing an order you accept these terms.

Products

Each product page shows its description, images, price and availability. Stock and availability may change. Product photos show the actual item; AI illustrations on the site are labelled as such and are not product photos or customer reviews.

Prices and taxes

Prices are displayed in the currency selected for your market. Any applicable taxes, shipping charges and discounts are shown before you confirm your order.

Ordering

Add products to your cart, enter your billing and delivery details, choose an available payment method and confirm the order. Before paying you can review the products, quantities, address, costs and total.

Order confirmation

After purchase you will receive a confirmation email. Final acceptance of the order may depend on payment validation, real product availability and the absence of obvious price or stock errors. If there is a problem, we will contact you before processing the order.

Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. We do not store full card details; payments are processed by secure external payment providers.

Shipping

Delivery areas, costs and estimated times are shown at checkout and described in our Shipping policy.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers have 14 calendar days from receiving the order to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason, subject to the legal exceptions. See our Refund policy for the process.

Legal guarantee

Products carry the legal guarantee of conformity. If a product is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact kalmacat@aurafriki.love with your order number, a description of the problem and photos where possible.

Product use

KalmaCat collars are comfort accessories, not veterinary treatments. Follow the supplied instructions, check the fit and supervise your cat, especially during first use.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
